Where the four formats above don't fit, we'll design what does. Two recent patterns:

  • Two-sided immersion. Participants from both sides of the collaboration in the room together, in person or on video. Half the time on the framework, half on each other's writing. Trust builds fast because the diagnostic is on each other, not on a hypothetical.
  • Tag-team delivery. Co-taught by intercultural practitioners from both collaborating cultures. The teaching pair models the work the team is trying to do.
